Most of what changes on an Attaky over time is firmware. Each firmware tracks its own releases, so the most current version is always on that firmware's page.
Firmware releases
Every firmware page has a Versions section with its current release. Ports follow their upstream project's version number, so you'll see the upstream release there rather than an Attaky-specific number.

Hardware & docs
Modules and Complete Builds carry a version in their name (for example Mesh Deck Junior 1.0), so a
revision shows up as a new version there. Notable additions to these docs — new sections and
pages — will be summarized here as the site grows.
