Agent Series
On-device AI — a microphone, a speaker, and an AI assistant that runs on the device, in a couple of different shapes.
The Agent Series is built for on-device AI. Every build pairs a color screen with a microphone and a speaker, so you can talk to an AI assistant that runs on the device itself — ask a question and hear it answer out loud. The builds differ in shape: one to carry, one for the desk.
The recipe
Every Agent build is the same combination of modules:
- Core: ESP32 1.0 — the host, with the color screen and Wi-Fi / Bluetooth
- Expand: Media I/O 1.0 — the microphone and speaker that let you talk to it, plus microSD storage
- Power: Standard Cell 1.0 — the rechargeable battery
What changes from one build to the next is the form factor — handheld or desktop. Pick the shape that fits how you'll use it.
Firmware
The Agent Series is built for on-device AI as a capability — the firmware is flashed separately, not fixed at purchase. Mr.Z AI chatbot is one AI firmware you can run, and it supports every Agent Series build. See Firmware for the options and how to flash.
The builds
Agent Pocket 1.0
The handheld — a flat assistant with the screen, mic, and speaker in your hand.
Agent Station 1.0
The desktop — it stands on four legs as an always-on assistant for the shelf.
Compare the builds
Both builds share the same Core, Media I/O (microphone, speaker, microSD), and battery — they differ in shape and size.
| Build | Form | Dimensions (mm) | Weight | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Agent Pocket 1.0 | 68 × 48 × 30.5 | 107.6 g | A handheld AI assistant | |
| Agent Station 1.0 | Station | 68 × 64 × 30.5 | 110.2 g | A desktop assistant for the shelf |
