Agent Pocket 1.0

A handheld on-device AI assistant — a microphone, a speaker, and a color screen, in your pocket.

Agent Pocket 1.0 is a handheld AI assistant. It pairs a color screen with a microphone and a speaker, so you can talk to an AI that runs on the device itself — ask a question, hold a conversation, and hear it reply out loud.

It's the portable member of the Agent Series — the same microphone, speaker, and storage as Agent Station, in a flat handheld you can carry.

What you can do with it

  • Talk to an on-device AI assistant — ask questions and hold a conversation
  • Speak to it through the microphone and hear it reply on the speaker
  • Carry your assistant in a pocket and use it anywhere

What's in it

  • Core: ESP32 1.0 — the host: 2.0-inch color touchscreen, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth
  • Expand: Media I/O 1.0 — the microphone and speaker for talking and listening, plus microSD storage
  • Power: Standard Cell 1.0 — the rechargeable battery
  • A Pocket Frame that holds the three modules together — they stack module-to-module, no cables

What it's for

Agent Pocket is for having an assistant with you — a desk, a pocket, a backpack. It's the one to pick when you want to talk to an on-device AI on the go. Want one that sits on a desk instead? That's Agent Station.

It's built for on-device AI: flash an AI firmware and the device listens, thinks, and replies on its own — the assistant runs on the Core, with the microphone and speaker on the Media I/O module. Mr.Z AI chatbot is one firmware you can run on it — see Firmware for the options.

Power it on

An Attaky has two power buttons — one on the battery and one on the host (Core). Switch the battery on first, then the Core.

Turn the battery on. The Power module has a power button on its edge — long-press it for about two seconds to switch the battery on.
Turn the Core on. The power button is on the Core's top edge — the third of its four top buttons (L1 · boot · power · R1). Long-press it for about two seconds to turn the device on; long-press again to turn it off.

Set it up

Flash an AI firmware — see Flash Your First Firmware and browse Firmware for the options.
Connect it to Wi-Fi if the firmware needs it for its AI features.
Speak to it through the microphone and listen to the reply on the speaker.

Good to know

It listens and talks. The Media I/O module brings the microphone and speaker, so the assistant can hear you and answer out loud — no headset needed.

Built as a stack. The three modules join module-to-module — the Core in front, the battery behind it, and the Media I/O module at the back — all held in one Pocket Frame. No linking cables. The datasheet has the full breakdown.

Keep it dry and cool. It isn't waterproof — keep it away from rain, splashes, and damp. Operating temperature is 0–40 °C (32–104 °F); keep it out of direct sunlight and prolonged heat, and do not leave it in a parked car.

Size — 68 × 48 × 30.5 mm, and it weighs 107.6 g.
